We hand-wash and treat your

trapped in your rug. The next step is to soak your rug in a cool water
shampoo solution which loosens the soil from the rug’s fibers. We then hand-scrub
and thoroughly rinse your rug until all traces of shampoo are removed using safe traditional
methods. The next important step is to place your rug in a controlled-heat
environment, which completely dries your rug within hours versus days.
Upon request, we can air-dry your rugs in our outdoor facility located on the
premises.

drying process is a very important phase as it prevents any odor or mildew problems,
